Are you ready to enjoy calm, connected walks without the pulling, frustration or sore shoulders?

Walking Together

(Without the Dragging or Dread)

Let’s be honest - being hauled along the pavement isn’t anyone’s idea of fun. It can make walks stressful, even embarrassing, and leave both you and your dog frustrated.

If you're tired of being dragged down the road, and simply dreading going out with your dog, then Walking Together is exactly what you need!

No jargon. No overwhelm. Just clear, enjoyable training you can do together.

I really enjoy your relaxed, no frills style of teaching, it makes your training more relatable for me.

Can't I just get a different harness/collar/lead?

Erm, sorry, but no... There’s no lead, collar or harness that will 'fix' lead pulling. Some might make pulling uncomfortable, others just mask the problem. Loose lead walking is a trained behaviour - one built on connection, attention and practice.  Much of the early work can (and should!) be done with a naked dog 😉

Join in to learn:

  • How to build your dog’s focus and connection.
  • When to use management tools wisely.
  • Why foundation games matter far more than fancy gear.

By the end of the course, you'll...

  • Understand why your dog pulls - and how to change the habit.
  • Know exactly what to do when the lead goes tight.
  • Have practical games to build attention and connection.
  • Be enjoying calmer, more enjoyable walks together.

Nothing beats your dog choosing to walk calmly beside you

If your dog has spent months or years pulling, it’s because that behaviour has worked for them - every pull has got them closer to what they want. Changing that takes time, patience, consistency and clarity. This course gives you a clear, kind, step-by-step way to teach your dog that walking with you can be just as rewarding as rushing ahead.

Yes, there are gadgets and “quick fixes” out there, but we're going to focus on teaching our dog to walk with us because they understand what we want. Even better - they enjoy doing it!

  • No harsh tools
  • No gimmicks

Just proven, practical training that actually works in the real world.

Hi, I'm your trainer - Sara

I'm a Crocs wearing, treat bag toting, bobble hatted dog training nerd 😁I'm now on spaniel number three and REALLY know the importance of the foundations needed for calm, connected walks (and also, don't actually want one arm longer than the other 😉)

I set up Compass Canine in 2018, and it's all about choice and respect in dog training - for dogs and their guardians alike. I also love coming up with out-of-the-box solutions.

I'm ably assisted in all things dog training by my two spaniels, Ripley and Peak. That's who you'll be seeing in the video demos!

Here's what you'll get...

📑 Structured modules, dripped out over six weeks to start. Each module is broken down into simple lessonss.

🎥 Video demonstrations with voiceovers, as well as written explanations so you can learn in a way that works for you

🌳 Bonus content to give you strategies to deal with real-life situations

📅 Access for the lifetime of the course, so there’s no rush (and you can revisit whenever you like)

✔️ 'We made it down the drive and round the corner, little bits at a time.'

✔️ 'I have made it from A to B. Yippeeee'

It might take time, but every step you take together builds trust, teamwork and understanding.

Want to know exactly what's included? Read on...

Find Heel Progressions - Building on our foundations, it's time to start adding some challenge.

More Core Skills - Loose lead walking training isn't just about when you're out and about - learn about doorway behaviours, pattern games for attention and connection before walks.

Building in Distractions - Learn strategies for gradual exposure to temptation - we'll be balancing excitement and control.

Bringing It All Together -Taking everything you've learned and seeing how far you can get!

Bonus Content - All the extra relevant content I want to share that doesn't quite fit elsewhere!

Got questions? I've got answers...

Nope. Just a flat collar and lead. You may want a harness to use for when you're not actively working on loose lead walking (that's the approach I recommend)

All dogs CAN be trained using the methods I teach - often it's the other end of the lead that needs a bit more motivation or support! There is no such thing as a stubborn dog, we may just have to work out how to make them think it's their idea 😉

Absolutely! In fact, you should be starting this training in a low distraction place, such as a quiet room in your house. You won't need to hunt for special places to go until later in the process.

Honestly, there may be nothing different other than my delivery and input. You can get a taster of my approach for FREE by grabbing my eBook on Why Your Dog Pulls (and how to help them stop)

It's the classic dog training answer - 'it depends!' If you've picked new information up from any of my free training or challenges, then it's likely you'll learn something from this full course. Please do get in touch if you have any specific questions.

I don't know! Best to check a currency converter as the exact amount will vary from day to day.
